FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are your pickup/delivery hours?
Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM for both pickup and delivery. The last pick-up for the day will be at 12pm. The last drop-off will be between 4pm-6pm. Orders picked up on Saturday will have a Monday delivery.
Is there an order weight limit?
We do not have a weight limit for orders. However, orders at or over 100 lbs will require a 48 hour delivery time. There is a minimum order amount of $40 per order.
do you allow for rush orders?
Yes, we allow same-day service when orders are placed before 9am. Same-day rush orders are available at an additional $30 per order (up to 50 lbs).
Will my clothes be washed or dried with other customers’ laundry?
Absolutely not! At Wash N Folded, your laundry is always treated individually and never combined with another customer’s items. We take cleanliness seriously—all washers and dryers are thoroughly disinfected and sanitized after each use, ensuring your laundry is handled in a safe, hygienic environment every time. Your clothes are always in clean machines, cleaned just for you.
What bags do i use for my first service?
For your first pickup, please use a standard 13-gallon kitchen bag, or fabric equivalent. You also can purchase a WNF Laundry Bag for $13.79 – perfect for keeping your clothes organized, secure, and ready for pickup.
